Amy Hoy recently wrote this on the topic:
Actually I think a degree of humbless is a strength. Arrogant people don’t listen to their customers.
Indeed. There’s got to be a stronger position with a balance of these characteristics. But knowing which ones are potentially important is key. Which is why I posted this article.
I think Amy’s pretty cool. I do, however, disagree with the hard position the article takes. Women and men are different biologically. We are also different in the way society cultivates us. What she writes is true for both sexes. However, it doesn’t underwhelm the realities that do exist for women.
