Landing pages that capture user

I have seen quite a few times landing/signup pages from Adwords or similar don’t easily allow the user to navigate away. For example they disable most of the menu’s and so the page is essentially stand alone. An example is https://salon.mindbodyonline.com/salon-software

Have people tried this kind of landing page and found it generated more signups?

Thanks for the link, I actually saw their signup page had no links. I think I am going to remove the nav as a 15% increase would be fairly significant for me.

Yes, removing nav bars and footer links etc has worked for me.
