How important is productivity to you?

With an app to build and the need to get production-ready in a bit under 6 weeks, it makes sense to try and do more with less.

As a bootstrapped, two-man unit, there’s just no choice if we want to create a product we’re proud of.

Here are some of the experiments we’re running this year to try and improve our productivity. What are some of the productivity experiments you’re running?
