Hey Starr. If I remember correctly, you worked on a live chat/support tool back then when the BoS forum was still active. Is that project still alive? Honeybadger looks very nice.
Hey Dennis. You’re correct about the live chat service. I shut it down about a year after launch. I didn’t really know how to go about marketing it. At the time the only people using live chat were e-commerce sites and companies like AT&T, and I didn’t know how to reach them.
I’m glad you like honeybadger. It’s been a labor of love on our part. The fact that people are actually using it is nice too.
