I had mostly cured my bad habit of purchasing domain names on impulse.
However, this episode convinced me to buy the “.app” domain for my SaaS product. I figure that eventually I can use “myproduct.com” for the marketing site and “myproduct.app” for the actual SaaS product - I currently use “app.myproduct.com”.
More likely, the .app will just remain unused, and I’ll keep renewing it every year nevertheless!
