Are there good "Payout" Gateways? How to send money to users

Hey all, I’m wondering what people use to send money to users. Is there anything out there that can handle receiving money a la Stripe / Braintree, but also make payments out to other people? Some example use cases:

  • An affiliate program that makes monthly payouts to affiliates.
  • A marketplace that handles both buyers and sellers.

You can do that with Stripe Connect, even down to taking a % from payments before transferring to the seller’s account. I believe you can either manage seller accounts yourself (getting all the needed info manually), or connect pre-existing Stripe accounts to your application.

If it’s us only, dwolla has a great system.

Paypal also let’s you send payments, and you can do it en masse.
