I can’t guess what part of it you found interesting, but what resonated with me is how open-source developers(!) similar in their demands to the users in app stores - making loud noises and organize the mobs. But very few of them actually go all-in and provide a patch to support their favourite feature.
That’s one thing I took away. They caused more angst than freemium users, made worse because they have the abilities to contribute. The other take away was their enthusiasm for running as a not for profit.
