What's the most suitable hosting for Social Networks?

Hello everyone!

I am looking for some suggestions for the most suitable hosting providers for a Social Network startup. Must have the following considerations:

(1) Cheap
(2) Scalable
(3) Dependable

Well, if you can suffer the necessary architecture…Amazon Lambda is promising for this. It works off a node.js or java core…but that allows languages which work on top of those two as well
