So you want to run a software company?

My customers are 95% male, I think.

My customer support agent is female, Italian, and has a four-syllable name that sounds exotic to native English speakers. (To Italians it sounds old-fashioned and often provokes spontaneous singing.)

Customers tend to be much nicer to her than they are to me. And sometimes they try to flirt with her.

His insult isn’t even internally consistent. I find insults hurt a lot less when they come from someone who is obviously dim witted or deranged. ;0)

More. Details. Please!

Why the singing? is there a famous song with her name in the title?

WordPress.org has lots of awesome 1-star reviews from people expecting the world from a free plugin:

Fortunately we get more praise than insults, so these can mostly just be dismissed as outliers.

This sounds like a markov chain.

Welcome to the B2C world…

I still have a B2C tool from the old days, that can be used to “cheat” in online games. Imagine the kind of “support requests” I get from angry 13-year olds (it’s this one https://www.jitbit.com/macro-recorder/ ).

never got such insults but I plenty of stereotypes intentional or not, it’s none of my business. I just behave like a robot, no emotions, just automated voice scripts that I’m spewing.

Sometimes I read back answers I found on quora on deailng with customers word for word. That way I’m invested emotionally at 0%.
