Operationalizing on-premise SaaS model

As our data integration SaaS grows, we are getting more and more business from the companies that are installing our software on-premise. Which makes sense since corporate databases are typically sitting behind the firewall.

In order to keep everything under control we have added the following elements to the infrastructure:

  1. Online license manager (hosted on AWS).
  2. Service, which calls home few times a day and reports key usage metrics.
  3. Option to pay by check or wire transfer.

Is there anything missing from this list?

Would you service automatically use corporate web proxy if required? Many copr networks have no direct access to internet.

It supports proxy. Including proxy with NTLM auth., typically used in Microsoft only networks.
