New IRC channel on freenode: #strappers

I know @davidw set up #bootstrappers before on Freenode, but nobody’s there. I’ve registered #strappers and will check in on the latest all the time. Join me if you IRC!

I’m not a fan of slack (I’m sure it’s fine, but I like more open stuff), and don’t manage to get into the forums much, so that’s why I’m sticking to IRC for now…

Rather than creating another channel that’s likely to empty out, why not focus on the one that’s already there?
