I’m not too good at these intro posts, but here’s a wee bit of background. In 2005 I started UserScape, we build customer service tools. Currently HelpSpot (enterprise help desk) and Snappy (email support for small teams). As you may be aware, I also host the Bootstrapped.fm podcast with Andrey.
The Bootstrapping community is going through a bit of a resurgence recently and I’m really excited about the possibilities for this forum to help foster that growth.
