Saw a tweet recently about ConvertKit closing in on $2m ARR. It wasn’t long ago I remembered seeing Nathan write about hitting $30k per month, so I did some digging and reading on old blog posts.
From $1k to $30k to $170k in about 3 years. Insane!
A few takeaways:
- The power of cold calling
- Being ‘invested’
- Hard work
One other thing that jumped out in 30k post was zero profit on $30k revenue which seems shocking but I guess growth dollars can eat profit quickly during ramp up.
