What're you using for Site Chat? anything better than Tawk.to?

I’m planning to switch our website chat from MyLiveChat to Tawk.to

Advantages I see for Tawk.to

  1. Can change the title of the popup (I will be offering chat and guided Tours)
  2. cleaner interface.
  3. “Que waiting time” displayed (Estimated Wait Time : 1 minute), etc.

The one thing it’s missing is hooking into the ScreenSaver on my PC so that when I’m away it changes status to “AWAY”.

I plan to use this for cueing people up for the demo.
